Goose The Moose Rules

Positional Awareness: Your position relative to the dealer is key. If you are one of the first to act, you have less information. If you're near the end, you can react to the swaps (or lack thereof) made by others.
Reading the Table: If a player keeps their card, they likely have a high card (like a Jack or Queen). If they swap, they probably have a low one. Use this to your advantage.
The Dealer's Advantage: The dealer has the unique power to swap with the deck. This is a powerful move if you suspect you have a low card, but it's a complete gamble!
The Swap-Back: If the player to your right swaps with you and you receive a higher card than you gave them, it's often wise to KEEP it. You know for a fact they now hold a card lower than yours.
Smarter AI: The AI in this game uses this logic. If an AI receives a better card from a trade, it will immediately recognize this and keep the card on its turn, knowing it's in a safer position.
Bluffing: Sometimes, standing with a low card can throw other players off, making them think you're safe. It's risky but can pay off if it causes someone else to make a poor decision.

The goal is to avoid having the lowest-ranked card at the end of each round. The game continues until only one player has lives remaining.

King is the highest card, down to the Ace, which is the lowest (K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, A).

Each player starts with three lives (tokens).
One card is dealt to each player.
Starting with the player to the dealer's left, each person chooses to either KEEP their card or EXCHANGE it with the player to their left.
If you hold a King, you are safe! You cannot be forced to exchange your card.
The dealer is the last player to act and has the special option to exchange their card with the top card from the deck.
After everyone has had a turn, all cards are revealed. The player(s) with the lowest card lose one life.
When a player loses all three lives, they are eliminated.
The dealer position moves one player to the left after each round.

Queen is Zero: If this option is enabled, the Queen becomes the worst card, ranked even lower than the Ace.
Visible Kings & Frozen Players: If enabled, players dealt a King must immediately reveal it. The players directly to the left and right of the King become "frozen"—they cannot initiate a trade, but others can still trade with them.
