The vote occurred at a special meeting of shareholders held on March 20, 2026. The arrangement allows Bitfarms to redomicile from Canada to the United States. Following the redomiciliation, the company will rebrand as Keel Infrastructure. According to Bitfarms CEO Ben Gagnon, the vote is an endorsement of the company's hard work and a milestone in its strategic pivot. Gagnon thanked shareholders for their support as the company embarks on its next chapter.
