The Toronto Blue Jays have trimmed their roster as Opening Day approaches, reassigning four players to their minor league camp. Among those reassigned were catcher CJ Stubbs, outfielder Yohendrick Pinango, outfielder RJ Schreck, and infielder Josh Kasevich. Kasevich, a shortstop, distinguished himself during spring training with the major league club. During the pre-season, Kasevich hit a home run, drove in five runs, and stole two bases. Other players reassigned also had some highlights during pre-season. Schreck previously played for Israel in the World Baseball Classic.
