Police estimate that 260,000 people will attend, with 34,000 seated inside the venue and others watching from outside. A total of 6,500 police officers are on duty, supported by 5,400 pieces of equipment including aerial surveillance. Fire and medical services are providing 99 fire engines and ambulances, plus 2,399 portable toilets.
