South Okanagan U18 Hockey Team Wins District Championship with Undefeated Season

The team played their final game on March 15 at Rogers Rink in Salmon Arm, defeating the Kelowna Minor Hockey Association. SOMA congratulated the U18 team on social media, acknowledging their championship win and undefeated season. The team played 20 games total. This year saw a reshuffling of the team as part of the Okanagan Mainline Amateur Hockey Association's Expanded Regional Borders pilot program. The program combined Penticton and the former South Okanagan regions.
