Airline executives assessed the impact of the Middle East conflict on flight prices at the Airlines for Europe summit in Belgium. Leaders from IATA, Ryanair, and easyJet shared their perspectives, drawing on over a century of combined industry experience.

At the Airlines for Europe summit in Belgium this week, airline executives discussed the potential effects of the Middle East conflict on flight prices. Willie Walsh, director general of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and former head of British Airways, attended the summit. Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary, who transformed Ryanair into Europe's largest budget carrier, also participated. Kenton Jarvis, chief executive of easyJet, was present at the summit as well.
