Caroline Harvey, aged 23, has received the Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award, capping her college career. Harvey's win follows teammate Casey O'Brien, who earned the honour last year, making her the seventh Badger to receive the award. She is only the third defender to win the award in its 29-year history, following Ohio State's Sophie Jaques in 2023 and Harvard's Angela Ruggiero in 2004. At the Milan Cortina Games a month prior, Harvey won a gold medal representing the United States. Harvey tied with fellow US defender Megan Keller for the Olympic tournament lead with nine points.
