BJP workers from Jharkhand have begun preparing to assist party members in West Bengal constituencies bordering Jharkhand, according to party sources. The assembly polls in West Bengal will occur in two phases on April 23 and April 29, with vote counting on May 4. Anant Ojha, a senior Jharkhand BJP member, stated that the people of Bengal want to free themselves from the appeasement politics of the current government, and that Jharkhand BJP workers will help spread Prime Minister Modi's vision. In Ranchi, Muslims celebrated Eid with prayers at over 60 mosques and Idgahs, followed by traditional dishes. In Hazaribag, police recovered a large quantity of counterfeit urea solution from Harhad village.
