PeakDo's LinkPower 2 Battery Boosts Starlink Mini's Portability

PeakDo's LinkPower 2 battery enhances the Starlink Mini, providing hours of untethered internet access. The new battery includes a magnetic breakaway charging dongle.

PeakDo has released the LinkPower 2 battery, priced at $219, for the Starlink Mini. The device allows users to operate the Starlink Mini without cables. A reviewer from The Verge tested the LinkPower 2 while travelling in the Pyrenees. The battery connects to the back of the Starlink Mini using a standard SpaceX mount. The connection is secure, but the reviewer recommends using a cage when mounting it on a moving vehicle's roof. The user noted the original Starlink Mini enabled them to work remotely from their converted van, providing internet access in areas lacking 4G and 5G.
