Sacramento: Murder-Suicide Investigation Launched After Children's 911 Call

The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office is investigating a suspected murder-suicide after deputies found two adults dead in a home Friday night. The investigation began after a 911 call from one of the couple's children.

Deputies responded Friday night to a residence after a juvenile called 911 to report a domestic attack. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, the juvenile and two other children fled the home and hid. Arriving deputies entered the home and located an unresponsive woman and an unresponsive man. Both adults were pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed the deceased were the parents of the children.
