Sivaramakrishnan Clarifies Allegations, Shields BCCI Administration from Discrimination Claim

Laxman Sivaramakrishnan, ex-India cricketer, has clarified his discrimination allegations, stating the BCCI administration isn't involved. He specified the issue concerns an individual employee, not Jay Shah or the broader organization.

Former Indian cricketer Laxman Sivaramakrishnan addressed his previous allegations of colour discrimination within the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Sivaramakrishnan took to social media platform 'X' to clarify the scope of his complaint. He stated that the BCCI administration, including Jay Shah, is not implicated in the matter. The issue, according to Sivaramakrishnan, pertains to a specific interaction with an individual employed by the BCCI. Sivaramakrishnan asserted his autonomy in addressing the situation as he sees fit. His initial claim suggested discrimination affected opportunities like conducting toss and presentation ceremonies.
