A.J. Greer Faces Hearing for Boarding Calgary's Conor Zary

Florida Panthers forward A.J. Greer will have a hearing Sunday for boarding Calgary Flames' Conor Zary. The incident occurred in the third period of Friday night's game.

A.J. Greer shoved Conor Zary from behind during the Friday game between the Florida Panthers and Calgary Flames. Zary slid into the boards headfirst and was attended to by Calgary trainers. He left for the locker room but was able to skate off the ice. Greer received a two-minute minor for hooking Zary before the shove. He also received a five-minute major and a game misconduct for interference, which was confirmed by officials and resulted in his ejection. Flames head coach Ryan Huska said he had no update on Zary but that Zary was moving around.
