Armagh Defeats Kerry, Easing Relegation Concerns in LGFA National League

Armagh defeated Kerry 1-13 to 2-8, moving out of the drop zone in the LGFA National League Division One. Aimee Mackin returned from injury, contributing 0-4 to Armagh's two-point victory at Silverbridge.

Armagh's Blaithin Mackin scored a goal, assisted by Lauren McConville. Siofra O'Shea scored 2-2 for Kerry, but Armagh secured the win in the second half. At the other end of the table, Galway secured a league final spot after a six-point win over All-Ireland champions Dublin. Cork also booked their place in the league final after seeing off Meath 4-8 to 2-12. Katie Quirke scored two goals for Cork, with Aine Terry O'Sullivan and Aimme Corocan each adding a goal.
