BTS Performs in Seoul's Gwanghwamun Square After Three-Year Hiatus
BTS performed at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on October 21, marking their return as a full group after approximately three years and nine months. The performance, titled <BTS Comeback Live: Arirang>, was broadcast live via Netflix to roughly 190 countries, showcasing K-pop's global reach.
The performance opened with a drone shot that followed the 'King's Road' from Bugaksan through Gyeongbokgung's Geunjeongmun and Heungnyemun to Gwanghwamun. All seven members of BTS appeared on the Gwanghwamun woldae. The group appeared in front of dancers lined up in front of the Gwanghwamun woldae. The folk song 'Arirang' was performed by the group.
