For those without pre-existing conditions such as diabetes or hypertension, consuming multiple egg yolks daily is considered safe, the doctor added. Social media influencers, the doctor notes, have driven young women to consume costly supplements. Eggs provide protein, healthy fats, choline for brain health, and antioxidants.
