LeBron James now holds the NBA record for regular season games played, with 1,612. The Los Angeles Lakers won against the Orlando Magic, with Luke Kennard scoring a three-pointer. James surpassed Robert Parish, who set the previous record of 1,611 games in 1997. James stated that breaking the record "was not on the list of things that I wanted to accomplish". He has also accumulated records for points, seasons, minutes, All-NBA selections, All-Star selections, and field goals.
