Sculpture by the Sea Event Draws 230,000 to Cottesloe Beach

Sculpture by the Sea returned to Cottesloe Beach, Western Australia, drawing an estimated 230,000 visitors. Tim Storrier won the EY People's Choice Award for *Emperor of the Albrolhos*.

The Sculpture by the Sea event took place at Cottesloe Beach. The event's award ceremony occurred on Sunday afternoon. After a year-long absence and the loss of federal funding that led to the cancellation of the planned 2025 exhibition, the event was revived with a new mix of support. Archibald Prize winner Tim Storrier received the EY People's Choice Award for his sculpture, *Emperor of the Albrolhos*. Storrier's work is included in major public collections around the world, including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Louvre, and the National Gallery of Australia.
