UCLA Dominates Cal Baptist in NCAA Tournament Opener, Advances to Second Round

Cal Baptist (23-10) kept the game close for the first 20 minutes, buoyed by fans who travelled 67 miles from Riverside. Lancers guard Filipa Barros said her team had "nothing to lose." UCLA led 23-15 at the end of the first quarter after a 14-3 run. The Bruins led 44-34 at halftime.
